At Dear Child, we stand behind every product we publish. If what you received didn't meet your expectations, here's exactly how our refund policy works.

1. Money-Back Guarantee — Single Product Purchases

If you purchase a single product, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked.

2. Bundle & Multi-Product Purchases

When you purchase two or more products — whether as a bundle or separately in the same transaction — you acknowledge that each product is delivered and accessible immediately upon payment.

Multi-product orders are non-refundable. By completing a purchase of two or more items, you agree to waive your right to a refund on any product included in that order.

This policy applies to:

Bundle packages (e.g., The Reconnection Bundle — Workbook + Apology Blueprint + First Letter)
Separate products purchased within the same transaction
Any order containing more than one digital product

3. Digital Delivery Acknowledgment

All Dear Child products are digital downloads, delivered instantly after purchase. By accessing or downloading a product, you acknowledge that the digital content has been fully delivered.

For single-product purchases, this acknowledgment does not affect your 14-day refund eligibility.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your eligible refund request:

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method
